IKBFU has 12 institutes, a College of Engineering and Construction, and a Medical College.

CONSTRUCTION WILL BE COMPLETED IN 2026
The campus is already almost 90% complete. The first two buildings of the Kantiana campus were commissioned in 2024. One houses the IKBFU Multifunctional Support Centre for staff and students; the other — a space for open lectures, presentations, and meetings — the IKBFU Expo. In January 2026, during a video link with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the student dormitory complex with 2,500 places was opened. All key facilities will be completed by the end of 2026: the library, the MedBio academic building, the Institute of High Technologies, and the Higher School of Philosophy and Social Sciences.
